SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS
Sensei Robin Mack has been promoted to 5TH Dan in
Okinawan Kobudo. His comprehensive exam included eleven kata with no less than
eight weapons, representing the Kenshinryu, Yamani, Taira, Matayoshi, and
several Village Styles of Kobudo. Sensei Mack also performed application waza
with each weapon against an alternate weapon attack. With seventeen years of
training, and a broad range of knowledge and experience, he is a prime example
of how to carry on the tradition and the essence of the Koryu Bugei arts. Robin
Mack is also a certified Black Belt instructor of Shitoryu Karate and Shinkendo
(Japanese Sword Art). He has been a student of Shihan Rudy Crosswell from his
first day of training.
